Manufacturing Building with ClearBay Joist System

Located in Ohio, this state-of-the-art steel building serves as the US Corporate Headquarters for a Tier 1 automotive parts manufacturer. It is comprised of four connected structures, with Nucor ClearBay joist system throughout the production & receiving buildings.  The mechanical building includes a partial mezzanine for storage. Nucor Liner Panel finishes much of the interior of this 105,280 sf structure. The below-eave, clear span office building is just over 4,100 sf in size, with parapet walls and a combination brick & window exterior.
