Two-Story Athletic Facility with Four Connected Single Slope Structures

A state-of-the-art health and wellness facility, the U-Haul Fitness Center features a full-size basketball court, multiple group fitness rooms, conference area, and partial mezzanine that houses a two-lane running track and spin studio. This building has skewed and recessed walls, as well as exposed steel throughout the interior.

The exterior was created using a trio of colors, with glass curtain walls and exposed columns that add to the modern appeal of the structure. Constructed using four single slope buildings, with a CFR standing seam roof, and the ClearBay roof joist system.

This multi-purpose space will also house the U-Haul recruiting department; wellness program team; a medical clinic; professional development rooms; locker rooms on both levels; cardio and weightlifting equipment; yoga rooms; sports leagues; personal training; and functional training.
