Wellness Center & Athletic Complex with TrussFrame

This 125,000 sf wellness center and multisport complex features Nucor TrussFrame, a hybrid open web rafter system, which allows for spans in excess of 300 feet.

The main structure is a 75,600 sf gable symmetrical clear span at 200’ wide with 83” deep TrussFrames. It contains a new field house, which includes a 200 meter track along with four regulation wheelchair basketball courts with digital scoreboards, and two massive divider curtains. Three attached single slope, clear span buildings house the group exercise rooms for adaptive fitness classes.
