Manufacturing & Distribution Building with Two-Story Office

This 200,000 sf manufacturing/distribution facility consolidated Crayola  products manufacturing facilities from three locations to one in an effort to automate several manufacturing operations.

Sitting on a 15.3 acre site within an industrial park setting, the building features a 16,000 sf two-story office area, 100,000 sf high bay warehouse for shipping and receiving, 12-door truck dock with concrete hardstand, quality assurance laboratory, storage mezzanine and below-eave canopy. It was built to support fifteen (7.5 to 75 ton ) HVAC units that were installed with a helicopter. The exterior of the structure used a combination of Nucor Classic Wall panel and integral color block hard wall with glazed block accents.
