Single Slope Micro Brewery with Mezzanine

Adirondack Winery is a state of the art tourist attraction in the Queensbury, NY region. After many years of successful winemaking, the Adirondack winemakers needed a new space for wine production, an event center, tasting room, and vineyard all-in-one. This custom designed micro brewery was created with a single-slope 11,100 sf building with an attached 1,590 sf lean-to with open walls, plus a 2,590 sf mezzanine in the main building for a private event space.

The roof system features a Nucor CFR™ standing seam with terra cotta trim and gutters. The front of the building has a 5ft closed fascia with a dark bronze finish and a terra cotta below-eave canopy over the main entrance. The wall system contains sandstone A-Panel wall panels with terra cotta trim to accent the walls and R-Panel wall liners along the entire back and partial side interiors in the main building. The ceilings are exposed to create a modern, industrial look in both the main and lean-to spaces. They utilized 9ft vertical lift doors and windows for natural lighting and easy ventilation during the warm summer.
