LEED Certified Manufacturing Building with Warehouse

After experiencing tremendous growth, Thirty One Gifts, a handbag and accessory retailer, relocated its operations to a new 98,000 sf facility that services 50,000 independent consultants. This steel building is comprised of a 60,000 sf warehouse and distribution space, a 20,000 sf production/manufacturing area, with an office.

A LEED-certified building, this custom building was built with future expansion in mind using long bays and our Nucor ClearBay® roof joist system. The exterior is finished with a combination of Nucor Accent Wall panel and hardwall with a parapet and Nucor CFR Standing Seam.
