Heavy Equipment Service Buildings with Cranes & Mezzanines

Vermeer Southwest’s dealership and service center is headquartered in Chandler, Arizona. The structure utilizes three custom metal buildings, all connected, that provide space for a service and office wing and service bays.

A 73’ x 58’ mezzanine is housed in the service area, making great use of the structure’s vertical space and adding room for storage. The service bay area features one 5-ton top running crane and multiple 16’ x 16’ overhead doors.

Vermeer Southwest is able to achieve its clean and modern exterior by utilizing a mixture of design elements. A trio of colors is used for the wall paneling, flat panels, and exposed steel. Exterior perforated panel screens and a glass storefront add to the structure’s contemporary feel.
