This 312,000 sf custom yacht manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters is an expansion to an existing conventional steel structure. It features bays up to 80’ and several overhead monorail cranes at 20-30 ton capacities.
The interior includes partitions, white painted steel, and Nucor Liner Panel. The exterior features a lean-to structure with stepped eave heights, parapet walls and large overhead doors.
