Pickleball Venue with Covered Outdoor Court Structure

Pickle & Social in Buford, GA is a dynamic entertainment destination centered around the fast‑growing sport of pickleball. The project includes a 20,436 sf expansion featuring an indoor court building and an additional outdoor court structure. The indoor facility utilizes a single slope framing system with deck roofing and ties seamlessly into an existing conventional steel building that houses the restaurant. The outdoor courts are constructed with a gable framing system and topped with Nucor CFR Charcoal roof panels. Open walls are incorporated in the design of the outdoor structure, creating an open-air atmosphere while still providing full overhead coverage.

Designed to support a full range of experiences, the venue offers six indoor, eight outdoor and two covered pickleball courts, alongside a full‑service restaurant, bar and lounge, and a rooftop bar. Additional amenities include a 27-foot music stage, an ACL-regulation cornhole yard, concert viewing areas, and a variety of indoor and outdoor games spread across the 4.5‑acre property, creating a vibrant hub for recreation, dining, and social connection.
