Completed in less than seven weeks, this 70,000 sf metals fabrication facility features six overhead cranes that range from 15 to 50 ton capacities. This facility is designed with a gable symmetrical main manufacturing center, with two clear span lean-to’s which house the blast and paint rooms.

Multiple Nucor Wall Lites and translucent roof panels within the main building were incorporated to allow natural lighting to permeate the interior. Attached to the fabrication building is a self-supporting office that sits at a lower eave height and serves as the main entrance as well as administrative space.
