This facility includes manufacturing, warehousing, and office. A massive expansion to an existing structure, this multi-span rigid frame design warehouse that features an 8 bay loading dock and a 2 bay receiving area. A perimeter parapet accents the office appearance. The project was designed using an expandable rigid frame endwall to allow easy expansion in the future.
