Maintenance Hangar Building with Bi-Parting Sliding Doors

A commercial maintenance hangar, Ascent Aviation is used to perform full plane tear-downs and maintenance. This gable symmetrical facility is 215’ wide with two additional lean-tos that serve as door pockets for the eight leaf, bi-parting sliding hangar doors.

There is a recessed overhead door that resides above the sliding door to allow for an additional 7’-2” of tail height. The exterior features the Nucor Classic Wall and Classic Roof systems. Nucor translucent roof panels were also supplied throughout this hangar to provide natural lighting.
