Metal Building Expansion with Partial Mezzanine

Honu Properties, owned and operated by Mahalo Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC, wanted to expand their existing wood- framed structure, allowing more space for manufacturing and storing HVAC supplies. The building features a two-story office front with a large shop connected in the back and a clearspan interior.

There is an at-eave canopy that sits above the stairs leading to a partial mezzanine. Unique front elevations with a modern, two-tone exterior make this custom HVAC metal building stand out.

There were many design revisions during the building process to simplify the structure and lower costs. Nucor was able to price different options using eQuote and utilized Sketchup rendering during the quoting stage.
