Heavy Hauling Trailer Service Building with Cranes

Aspen Trailer wanted to bring their capabilities to Texas. The Waco location allows Aspen to deliver customers new heavy haul solutions and superior technical support. The entire facility was engineered using a single slope building with reverse lean-to, and includes three crane bays that house a total of six 10-ton cranes.

Approximately 1,400 sf is used for office space, while the remaining square footage occupies the service area and tool storage warehouse. Full-height Nucor Liner Panel lines the back sidewall. Blue below-eave canopies and windows wrap the corner entrance, and accent the regal white insulated metal panel exterior, leaving Aspen with a clean, modern look.
