Warehouse with Connected Single Slope Buildings

Consisting of two single slope structures, configured with a modern flair, this custom building features fascias on each end of the warehouse covered with textured black and reverse PBR installed both horizontally and vertically. In addition to the panels, brick wainscot and canopies add dimension and overall aesthetics to the exterior. This facility was built as the company headquarters and warehouse.

In the warehouse, multiple framed openings are included for vertical lift and walk doors. The facility was designed with future office expansion in mind. Additionally, the space houses a mezzanine that accommodates a 1,500 lb sliding glass door, separating the conference room and landing area that will be used to hold mechanical equipment.
