Double Hangar with Tilted Glazed Curtain Walls

The Aerocentre 2 is a Nucor custom designed steel building system with insulated metal panels for the double aircraft hangar spaces. The main entrance features 30’ tilted glazed glass curtain walls, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, vaulted reception area, office spaces, and FBO area.

Pilots, passengers, and staff are treated to luxury finishes throughout the entire facility. The exterior façade features bold, accents of color which provide a modern element to the commercial airport area. Other notable facets of this project include high-performance mechanical and electrical building systems, and 290 powered stalls in the parking area.
