Located in New Orleans, this custom designed structure is the first Walgreens retail store in the U.S. ever built utilizing a pre-engineered metal building. A single slope, 105 ‘ x 138’ Nucor pre-engineered building, it provides an efficient and cost-effective solution typically desired in commercial construction. The prototype design Walgreens is using in this market, included 14,500 square feet of space with a single-lane drive-through pharmacy window.
