Freight Terminal with 110 Truck Docks

Located in western Michigan on 22 acres of land, this cross dock terminal is a 70’ open span 42,500 sf structure with attached office. The project includes 110 truck docks and a maintenance building with a fuel island and has become a standard for future construction projects.

Founded in 1929 in Holland, Michigan, Holland trucking recognized they needed to leave their old terminal and build a new one to meet both their present and future needs.
