Distribution Building with 70' Bay Spacings

Planned and constructed on an accelerated schedule, Trex is a long bay building with 70’ speed bays along the loading docks and has 230,000 sf leased for pre-packaged railing products shipped across the country. It also includes a 10,000 sf education center allowing distributors and contractors the ability to learn about the Trex products right on site. Building design also features our ClearBay^® bolted roof joist system with 32' clear under joists. Nucor supplied wall support for the load bearing precast wall panels.
