Modern Warehouse with Clerestory & Skylights

This 6,400 sf warehouse was built for a glass company in Manor, Texas. After discussing the vision of the end owner, the original, simple design changed to enhance the structure and satisfy unique requirements.

A 10’ x 80’ clerestory amplifies the dimensionality and overall appearance of the exterior. Eight roof curb-mounted skylights are located in the center of the slope between the clerestory and eave on both sides of the roof. The warehouse’s glass curtain wall, recessed entry, and muted color scheme give it a sophisticated and contemporary look. A combination of these design elements brings an abundance of natural lighting and energy-efficient properties.
