LEED Platinum Certified 150,000 sf Steel Building

Sweetwater is one of the leading e-retailers of musical instruments and equipment in the world. Their headquarters is only the second building in Indiana to achieve LEED Platinum certification, placing the Sweetwater Campus among the nation’s most environmentally friendly.

This project was completed in two phases using custom Nucor pre-engineered buildings. The first phase totaled over 40,000 sf of space followed by an addition of an 110,000 sf structure to the back of the facility.

The large main entrance transitions into the reception area, located within the central commons. The commons serves as a connector to all the specialized areas of the structure and provides flow and gathering space. The building includes a large mezzanine to house corporate offices and meeting rooms; distribution, warehouse & shipping center; retail store; auditorium and recording studios; cafeteria and enhanced employee amenities including a health club, racquetball court, coffee stations, indoor golf, arcade arena, and more.
