Robotics Manufacturing Expansion

A gable symmetrical and clear span single slope framing system complete this 142,000 sf expansion that attaches to an existing office storefront for Premier Tech. A combination of Mesa and Striated insulated metal panels line the walls of this structure, which includes 10 vertical lift overhead doors. Unique features include 90’ crane bays, fifteen 10-ton overhead cranes, one 5-ton crane, and roof framed openings for a total of 62 dome skylights.

Canada’s Premier Tech, a systems and automation group specializing in conventional and robotic packaging and palletizing systems, commissioned this state-of-the-art U.S. headquarters in Montgomery, Alabama. The facility features advanced robotic labs and a testing and innovation area, allowing the company to meet the growing demand for packaging equipment and increase its manufacturing capacities.
