Single Slope Crane Building with Expandable Back Sidewall

This 17,400 sf pipe fabrication facility was built with future expansion in mind. The clear span fabrication space includes a computer lab/training center and warehouse. It is single slope in design, with an expandable back sidewall, two cranes, and a partial mezzanine. Full height Nucor Classic Wall liner panel borders its interior. The future expansion will attach at the high ridge, doubling the fabrication space.

The attached office is a gable design with masonry along the front sidewall. The back sidewall is open, following the office roof line, attaching to the manufacturing area.

The current fabrication shop contains welding booths, overhead cranes, pipe-cutting machines, and heat treatment equipment, giving Manhattan Mechanical the ability to prefabricate process piping, scaffolding, structural steel and more.
