This contemporary office building serves as corporate headquarters for a leading manufacturer of turbo-machinery used by petrochemical, refining, oil & gas and process industries.

The architecturally pleasing design of this custom steel building features a skewed, masonry parapet entrance, an asymmetrical below-eave canopy, and a partial mezzanine. The exterior is a combination of Nucor Reverse Classic Wall and masonry.

At 113,000 sf, the two-story facility is home to administration, engineering, and customer service functions previously spread out across multiple buildings. The headquarters is dubbed the Centennial Building to commemorate the company’s 100th anniversary. The bright, airy space features a mix of open workstations, collaborative gathering space and large meeting rooms centered around the dining commons.
