Crane Building with Multiple Mezzanines

This custom building is a 78,790 sf steel, aluminum, and stainless materials processing plant. Complete with four overhead cranes and three mezzanines, this expansion provides ample space for the large machinery required to process material, and is adeptly equipped with LED lighting and oversized destratification fans.

The exterior features 3" insulated metal panel cladding over a 4'-0" high concrete knee wall and steel structure. Four interior docks on the west side of the building provide a large, climate-controlled shipping area. The east bay of the building, designated as a drive-thru receiving area, contains a 30 ton overhead crane. The northwest corner houses 4,300 sf of office space, including conference/meeting rooms, locker/restrooms, and an employee break/lunchroom.
