Housing over 200 employees, the facility features 108,000 sf of floor space and is equipped with photosynthetic lights designed to maximize productivity and efficiency as well as number of other green building techniques. The building’s exterior used tilt-wall with parapet walls, below eave canopy, and a Nucor CFR standing seam roof system.

Brown Bottling Group, a major franchise distributor for Pepsi Cola and Dr Pepper Beverages, recently built a new warehouse/distribution center in Mississippi to allow them to serve the needs of their more than one million customers.
