PowerShingle Solar Canopy Structures

Using a solar energy-generated structure is a cost-effective and sustainable way for farmers to power their operations while reducing their use of fossil fuels and lowering energy costs. These two canopies were built for Bonipak Produce, generating a total of 2 million kW of renewable energy.

The two identical 180’ clear span structures sit side-by-side at 330’ long, creating the largest clear span elevated solar system ever built to date. Both canopies create a clean, dry space for Bonipak Organic Produce to be stored. These PowerShingle solar structures also feature Metl-Span fire-safe insulated metal panels.
