Storage Building with Clear Span Interior

Alexandria Nicole's  7,500 sf storage building for their wine processing facility is a gable symmetrical design with clear span interior. Four high windows were added along the front sidewall and five across the back side, with five skylights on the roof, to ensure plenty of natural lighting.

An 8” concrete foundation with 2’ top elevation surrounds the bottom of the building. It is finished using an R-Panel roof with 4” double layer liner banded system insulation and walls that have a 4” liner type basket insulation system as well.
