Nucor Classic Roof™

The Nucor “Classic Roof”™ has been an industry standard product for many years. The ease of installation is field proven, and the details make the construction process simple and efficient. The “Classic Roof”™ can be applied to building projects with roof slopes of ½:12” and greater, over fiberglass batt insulation up to 6 inches thick.

The extended “purlin bearing leg” provides added stability during the construction process, as well as a weathertight fit once complete. The Nucor Classic Roof panel is provided as a standard in a Galvalume® finish, an attractive and functional finish that out-performs
G90 galvanized panels, and comes complete with a 25 year finish warranty.

Nucor Classic Roof Specifications
• 36” Wide Coverage (12” Rib Spacing) • Applied over fiberglass batt or rigid board insulation
• Standard 26 Gauge, Galvalume®, 80,000 psi steel
(Siliconized Polyester and Kynar is available)		 • UL90® and FM® ratings available
  • Standard roof line trim and flashing to be 26 gage
• Minimum roof slope of 1/2:12 • 25 year Galvalume® finish warranty
• Standard lengths 6’-0” to 45’-0” • 10 & 20 year paint finish warranty
