Johanna began her career at NBS in 2007 as Group Services Technical Services Manager, where she was involved with our software development and our R & D teams. Johanna was named Indiana General Manager in December 2010.

She has a BSCE from Ohio State with a MBA from the University of Arkansas. Within our industry, she has a background in design engineering, estimating, purchasing, drafting, plant expansions and accounting.

Johanna and her husband are avid Ohio State fans. When they aren't busy with their three children (one daughter and twin boys), they enjoy going to concerts and traveling.
