Ed Aller graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 1987 and began working for Nucor Building Systems at the start up of the plant in Waterloo, Indiana.

He worked as a design engineer until becoming the Estimating Group Supervisor in 1992. Ed became part of the next start up of a Nucor Building Systems plant in South Carolina in 1996 as the Engineering Manager. In 2000, Ed took on the challenge of Sales Manager for the Swansea, SC plant.
