Mark VanDyken is our newly-named Sales Service Manager.  Mark began his career at our Waterloo plant in 1991 as a Detailer.  He became a Detailing Group Leader in 2000, and began the process of learning how to lead and supervise others.  A big part of the job of Detailing Group Leader is to work directly with Builders and the Sales Team on project-specific issues…schedule, scope, changes to projects, etc.  Mark proved himself as a customer advocate, a strong leader, and an excellent communicator in that role.  When the Indiana plant’s Detailing Supervisor position became available in 2003, Mark was the clear choice, and he has served in that role ever since.
