Mark began his career at our Waterloo plant as a detailer in 1991, and became Detailing Group Leader in 2000.  A big part of the job of Detailing Group Leader is to work directly with Builders and the Sales Team on project-specific issues…schedule, scope, changes to projects, etc. 

Mark proved himself as a customer advocate, a strong leader, and an excellent communicator, and was promoted to Detailing Supervisor in 2003. He served in that position until moving to Utah as our Sales Service Manager.
