Jon has been with NBS has been with NBS since 1990. He started out in the shop as a Plasma Cutter Operator, then transitioned to a Structural Group Leader. He then moved to the office as a Detailer, and eventually became a Customer Service Representative.

Jon's community activities include the Terrell Chamber of Commerce, where he is on the Board of Directors; he is on the planning and zoning board for the city of Terrell; and he is on the city ISD Career & Technical Center development committee.

He and his wife enjoy running, cycling and golf. They have two children.
