Dan began his career at NBS in 1998 as an Estimator for our Waterloo division. In 2001, he shifted into the sales arena when he became a District Sales Manager for our Wisconsin territory. In 2003, Dan accepted a newly created position, charged with expanding Nucor Building Systems’ presence within the Private Label marketplace. While performing those duties, Dan also saw a growing opportunity for Nucor Buildings Group to provide their valuable services to Nucor Corporation's network of customers and suppliers, so he created our highly successful Preferred Partner Program, which eventually became a full-time job.
In 2010, Dan was awarded the Regional Sales Manager position for our Western Great Lakes region.
Dan holds a BS from the Indiana University School of Business, where he focused on Marketing. He and his wife have two daughters that are active in soccer, gymnastics, art and piano. In his free time Dan enjoys fishing of all kinds, especially with his bass fishing club. He also enjoys unwinding while riding his road bicycle around our nearby country roads. |
